At Simpsons Premium we want you and your pet to be delighted with our products but if at any time you wish to return products that you have purchased this must be done within 14 days from the date of delivery

Goods must be returned intact and in the original packaging. We cannot accept return of goods that have been opened. Multipacks must be intact and not opened.
As we cannot accept returns for products that you have started to use, we strongly advise to purchase a trial bag or one tin before committing to a large amount.
